Baltimore Applique Quilt designs utilize the traditional flowers, fruits and other forms employed by the Baltimore, Maryland quilters during the Victorian period. The original quilts leaned heavily upon dark reds and greens in color, but feel free to use your own color preferences. Shown at the left is a 9 patch screenshot. You can use them this way and not have to worry about placement on one large block of fabric. Any of the tiny designs in this set can be used in the 9 patch effectively.
This set contains the actual Baltimore Album cover with instructions as how to make it so you can sign your quilt inside it, 2 different swags and corners, triangle and scallop borders, plus 12 designs for you to use in between the swags if you wish. The first picture is a sample of how the swag, corner and bow insert would look, and is also an actual stitchout.
