These are designed for the 4" hoop. They may be used in several ways. First, with the hanger included,they are lovely ornaments for your home or as gifts. By not stitching out the hanger, you can make coasters, and by omitting the outlines and hangers, they can be used as any regular design...on napkins, clothing, linens,Christmas tree skirts, etc. Instructions are included in a text file to help you make these double sided so that there is fabric on the back, and the stitches won't show on the reverse side. It is very easy to do this.
